POLICIES
We love all of our clients at The Man Cave, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Barbershop. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.
CANCELLATIONS
At The Man Cave, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in.
TARDINESS
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at The Man Cave and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
